"There was no staff in the front all/ most the time. When I saw one person ( not sure was a cleaner or staff) when I told her about my issue, she just wave her hand and didn't give a helpful answer. Also, I sent message to ask for help, I didn't get any responses from the hotel. The bottom part of washroom sink was not properly connected with the floor, when I opened the water , water leaking all over. "The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The cafe/common area was a bit noisy, but the rooms themselves were quiet. Also very easy to get to and from the airport (about 15 minutes by bus)."
