Staff friendly and helpful. Security door staff on Duty. Downside was only teabags on inroom tray. No coffee, sugar or milk provided. Overall stay was very good and would stay here again"

"it was wonderful, comfortable and very clean. it was accessible to all the shops and restaurants and convenient for disabled people which is more important even with wheelchair is truly convenient. we will book and come back again if we are there in Glasgow and cheap apart from the breakfast that if you are not a morning you don't need to include on your booking. no matter the weather is this hotel is like a five star."
