"Dirty room especially the bathroom. I requested housekeeping, they sent a young male/boy with a wooden broomstick, a dirty cloth floor mop to do the cleaning. I asked this young male/boy if he has proper cleaning/disinfectant supplies for the bathroom, he showed me an old water bottle inside it is a blue liquid. That’s all he got. "
