"This was a great place to stay in Mount Crested Butte. The place itself was tidy and clean. It has a nice couch and TV area as well as a little kitchen area. The bed is also nice and comfortable. The host was very communicative and when there was one issue that popped up it got sorted out quickly and efficiently with good communication. I like that this place was not far from down town and was a nice place with easy access to trails and the downtown. We had a great stay."

"I was not pleased with the redervation and check in If you are checking in late, there is no typical front desk. It seems my expedia reservation was not seen as valuable compared to booking direct and the hotel customer service had no information. Im sure its because of low season but it took 45 minutes to reach someone who could tell me where to find my room key. All were apologetic but it was a frustrating scenario to reach a solution and a person with the right info."
