"The value for the price was good, it was a great place to stay! Loved the pool however the closing time of 7:00 pm is much too early. The little store was perfect for the little things you forgot or ran out of. Online is states there is an airport shuttle and that registration was easy which is not the case, they also do not run an airport shuttle. As for registration once we arrived, over two hours standing in the hot sun with no shade waiting to get our room, not a great start."

"Great location, but our room was dirty when it was given to us and things where falling apart in the bathroom. The hotel is old and lacked maintenance in the room that was assigned to us. Staff was great and attentive. But the location is great right next to Termini."

"I got to the shower got wet and the hotel loss power and water!! So no shower no TV, check out at 11 am when we had the check out until 1 pm and paying extra to 330pm Manager said will give us 5000 pouts on Hilton honors! I have not seeing tgem"

"The staff is wonderful and so helpful with anything you need. Room is very basic and tv super small. Toilet a little tricky but all else good. Good location cery close to colosseum and many sites. Quick taxi or train rise to airport."

"This was an historic hotel. They have an elevator, but we had to walk a long way on our floor to get to our rooms. The rooms were spacious. The beds were hard. The bathroom was luxurious. You can tell it’s a very old building. A lot of old furniture decorated the hallways. It was very nice, and was probably very elegant in its day."

"The hotel & staff could not have been any better. From the moment we arrived until we checked out 4 days later our experience was unbelievable. The hotel’s location was perfect, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with a huge selection of food. I would like to give special thanks the Artemide’s entire staff for their kindness & help. We had never been to Rome before & I was worried about choosing the best hotel so we could have a great visit. I believe now that Hotel Artemide was the perfect choice."

"The air conditioning was not working very well so we were uncomfortable in the rooms. It was especially distressing because we needed a good night of sleep before an early flight. The staff was kind, but were not able to help us with this issue. I'm sure when the AC is working, its a great hotel Perfect location next to Terminals 1,2,3."
