"As soon I arrived I was greeted with really friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing - right next to all the amazing shops, same street as high-end stores and steps away from the heart of Dotonburi. They provided PJs as well, and their bathtub was huge. They had the most unique shower area that I've ever seen in all the hotels I've stayed at in Japan - very Japanese style so it was amazing.
One thing I missed was the stand they had at the lobby where there was a print out of recommended restaurants categorized by what kind of food you're looking for and price points. So I wish they would have informed us of that and we would have been able to navigate to finding what to eat easier."
