"This is a great hotel for people on a budget. It’s an older facility but some updates have taken place. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic, with a small fridge for yogurt, prepackaged muffins, bagels, pop tarts, oatmeal and granola bars, as well as a waffle maker and crockpot of potatoes. I had made two separate reservations and asked if I could keep the same room and they quickly accommodated my request. I would stay here again if I was in the Elkhart area. "

"Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean in terms of beds, bathroom, etc. Main negative is that the property just seems old, worn, and in need of maintenance. Stained and worn carpets, damaged walls, stained seat cushions etc. I like Microtel Inn but this one is overdue for a renovation/updates. "

"The GM here is not a bit kind nor does he represent what hospitality looks like however the rest of the employees here and the front desk manager are phenomenal!!! The housekeepers are outstanding and the head housekeeper went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay here and she keeps the place cleaner than any motel 6 we have ever stayed at!! It’s quiet for the most part and the rates our reasonable unless something big is going on in the area especially with Notre Dame College. Pets...
