"I had previously stayed at the hotel a couple of years back on my last trip to Florence and thoroughly enjoyed my stay the last time. Unfortunately, it was very different this time - we found a cockroach in the room which we killed and requested the staff to clear up when we left in the morning. When we got back to our room at night, our room was made but the dead cockroach was still there, which was inexcusable."
